Aromatherapy Massage:

An aromatherapy massage combines gentle, flowing massage strokes with the natural power of high-quality essential oils that soothe both body and senses alike.

Through their scent and absorption by the skin, the oils support the muscles, circulation, and nervous system – encouraging relaxation, helping to reduce stress, and restoring inner balance.

Each treatment is tailored to you individually.
Depending on your needs, calming, uplifting, or harmonising oils are used.
This creates a deeply restorative experience that allows you to feel your body and mind returning to harmony.

Whether after a long day at work, during times of restlessness, or simply as a moment of self-care in between –
a massage with essential oils can help you release tension, recharge, and feel completely at ease again

How a session works:

In-PERSON SESSIONS

I bring my mobile massage table, carefully selected essential oils, and either a diffuser or a subtle scented candle directly to your home – so you can fully relax in the comfort of your own surroundings.

At the beginning, we take a few moments for a short conversation to talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like from the session.
Then you can settle onto the massage table and simply let go.

You’ll be warmly covered and can drift away to the sound of calm, soothing music.

The treatment begins on your front, starting with your head and moving gently down over your shoulders, abdomen, legs, and feet – using slow, mindful movements.

Then you’ll turn over, and I’ll continue the massage from your feet up to your back.

Throughout the session, I ensure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy the experience entirely at your own pace.
